Unfortunately, there are many people who don't know the good criticisms from the bad ones. <br /><br />I once heard a Christian philosopher say this about talking to one skeptic: "What atheists do you read?" he asked. The fellow mentioned a few names. The philosopher then said, "Oh, those guys are lousy. Here are some names of books by better atheists you should read.
